Inauguration of Mareterra Monaco 4 December 2024: a historic event

4 December 2024 will mark a historic turning point for Monaco with the inauguration of Mareterra Monaco, an event that has been awaited for years by Monegasques, residents and all enthusiasts of the Principality. The general public will have access to the spaces of this new district from the following day, Thursday, December 5, 2024. Like the Fontvieille district in the 1970s, Mareterra is a feat of engineering and vision, a district entirely reclaimed from the sea, which promises to transform the life of the Principality in a sustainable and ambitious way.

More than just a real estate project, Mareterra represents a new stage in the history of Monaco. It's not every day that a city like Monaco, so compact and intimately known to its inhabitants, "unblocks" a new district.
